Explore magical rooms inspired by the Harry Potter realm
The experience was first launched in Germany in December 2023, and fans were treated to a real-life introduction by James and Oliver Phelps (known for playing Fred and George Weasley in the Harry Potter film series) during its grand premiere.
The brainchild of Warner Bros. Discovery Global Themed Entertainment and NEON, Singapore will be its second stop.
Potterheads can look forward to stepping into some of the series’ most enchanting places, such as the Room of Requirement, Newt’s Menagerie and the Ministry of Magic.
You’ll feel just like a part of the real deal as you walk through magical installations invigorated with responsive video content, bold architecture and original soundscapes.
If the experience in Germany is anything to go by, you can expect familiar iconography such as the Daily Prophet covers, Black family tapestry, and the brilliantly purple Knight Bus.
Guests will also be able to interact with the technology, and be awestruck by the revealing visions of magic.
Expansive venue for Potterheads to explore to their heart’s content
The experience is expected to span more than 40,000 square feet.
But an exclusive addition awaits here in Singapore, with 10,000 square feet of expanded areas yet to be unveiled.
Mr Peter van Roden, Senior Vice President of Warner Bros, said:
” Not only are we excited to be bringing the world tour to our fans in Singapore but to be expanding the experience with never-before-seen environments. “
RWS’s chief executive officer Tan Hee Teck, also said that the spectacle will cement RWS “as a foremost location that offers groundbreaking experiences and global entertainment offerings”.
