NEON, a global experience entertainment company, has revealed that it will open its new event space at Battersea Power Station, UK, in spring 2025.
The new venue, located adjacent to the famous landmark, is the first-ever purpose-built entertainment and cultural exhibition space in Central London. It will present NEON’s globally acclaimed immersive experiences, with the first exhibition to be announced soon.
The construction is now underway, and the 128-tonne, 3,200 square metre roof structure was successfully raised earlier this year using 48 chain hoists, working in perfect unison.

Thriving cultural hub
A vibrant contribution to London’s cultural scene, NEON’s exhibition space at Battersea Power Station will feature a semi-permanent offering of selected experiences from the company’s acclaimed and award-winning touring engagements, such as Machu Picchu, the Golden Empires of Peru, and Jurassic World: The Exhibition.
Ron Tan, CEO and executive chairman of NEON, says: “We are thrilled to announce the opening of a brand-new exhibition space and look forward to bringing our world-renowned immersive experiences to Battersea Power Station, which has quickly established itself as a vibrant centre of creativity and community since the restored Power Station opened its doors to the public for the first time in history in October 2022.”
The riverbank area has solidified its position as a Central London cultural hub. Battersea Power Station has been recognised by National Geographic as one of the top 20 “Best Cultural Spots” in the world, and boasts more than 150 stores, pubs, restaurants, and recreational facilities, as well as an annual events calendar with highlights including the Light Festival, CelebrASIA, and Christmas at Battersea Power Station.
NEON’s new location will add to the vibrant cultural offering, and its opening will coincide with the district’s first month as the London Borough of Culture.
Sam Cotton, head of asset management at Battersea Power Station Development Company, says: “The opening of NEON’s new exhibition space at Battersea Power Station supports our vision to deliver a vibrant centre for arts, culture, entertainment and community engagement.
“We are excited to see Londoners and visitors from further afield come together to enjoy these globally celebrated experiences and we’re delighted to open this exciting new exhibition space in the year that Wandsworth has been named The London Borough of Culture.”

NEON at Battersea Power Station will hold two unique exhibitions each year and is expected to become a landmark destination, attracting guests from London, the UK, and across the globe.
Through collaborations with leading studios, NEON offers a portfolio of distinguished intellectual properties in addition to original artefact exhibitions. Every brand is created in-house and is one-of-a-kind, immersive and on an expansive scale. Nearly a million people visit NEON’s collection of international content each year.
In honour of the spring 2025 opening, NEON will distribute 5,000 free tickets to local schools, enabling students to see the exhibitions firsthand. In addition, 1,000 free tickets will be given to local charities, community organisations, and youth groups, demonstrating NEON’s dedication to making world-class cultural experiences available to all.
