Ms. Ko Wing Yan Samantha, was appointed as the executive director of neon in April 2019. She has extensive experience in capital markets, investments and business operations. Ms Ko is the Vice Chairlady and an executive director of BOE Varitronix Limited (HKEX:00710). She was an executive director of Concord New Energy Group Limited (HKEX:00182) and Yunfeng Financial Group Limited (HKEX:00376).

Ms. Ko holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Economics and Mathematics from Mount Holyoke College, U.S.A., and a Master Degree in Finance from the Imperial College, London. She has over 7 years of experience in the banking industries. Ms. Ko had served at HSBC (HK), Morgan Stanley (Hong Kong) and JP Morgan (London).
